A Walk To Remember

In their journey to convene the moon
Two creatures flock
They scuffle, they tussle
Forgive and forget

Not in the wide world, a walk more sweet
Pitch dark night with cold winds blowing
Flowing waters making noise
The moon at its best, sparkling lights.

Apprehensive but not scared
After seeing the deep conviction in the eyes
And the warmth sunny smile of flattery
The man has in him the silence of sea

Mind was free of thoughts
As the silence of moon said it all
The night was overwhelming
Knowing it was not going to last long

Paused to feel the wild wind
With laughter and joy
And in hush, to go back
This thought in the midst of enjoyment will stay
