Wow...my first blog of the year!!
I think we’ve all been there - At some point, given a chance we would want to change certain instances of our past. Whether it’s a mistake, a regret, a disappointment, or a deep pain, we’ve all had moments that can feel overwhelming if we try to hold onto them while building tomorrow. Unfortunately, we can never change what’s come and gone, but we can always choose instead to focus on what’s coming and where we are heading.
There is no point dwelling on to something that happened in the past and how you felt about it, instead its better to shift the focus on what you want to feel right now and immerse in that moment, recognize the beautiful things that are happening right now. The future is never set in stone, no matter how limiting the past may have been. The only thing standing between us and new possibilities is our attachment to the possibilities we lost.
The future is unwritten. The question is whether we’ll write it in response to everything that appears to have gone wrong in the past, or in awareness of everything that’s going right in the present.

I guess that is is a way one should positively move on in life rather than just looking behind for times which become history.
