We don’t realize how many times we look at someone, and in a split second, we decide if we’re going to like them or not. We look at the outward appearance of others but not look at the heart. Now, you might be thinking, how am I supposed to look at another person’s heart?” You may not exactly know a person’s heart, but you can look beneath the surface. You can take time to get to know someone who might look or act differently than you. Don’t just write them off because they don’t measure up to your standards.
Don’t make quick judgments about people; it’s as if you are making quick judgments about your own self. Look beneath the surface. Look for the good in others and find some common ground……..

People are not always good, there are bad people too. Your theory works if we are to believe that every human walking this planet is pure at heart, but that ain't the truth is it? People lie, fake and are evil almost all the time in that case spending more time will do nothing but bring harm upon you.
